Too out of it this morning to have any critical thinking capabilities of my own, so can someone please read this article and tell me if this family with blue skin is real or a hoax?

Appears to be a real condition called “methemoglobinemia”.
Basically, it’s a recessive gene that makes their skin so clear that we’re seeing blood in the veins.
